Premium Collections have in-house solicitors which will recharge all issue fees and enforcement fees which are payable to either HMCS or the Sheriff plus all fixed costs. Said fees will be invoiced to you monthly together with our commission charges which will both be deducted from the monthly total payments collected. No accounts will be passed for litigation without the prior written consent of an authorised representative of your company.
